What we collect, and who else sees it

Plain language, no lawyer voice. If something here is unclear, email us and we will fix the wording.

What we collect

Your name and email when you create an account. The letters you write and the recipients you choose. Your mailing address, because a physical letter needs a return address. Payment details go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers. Organizations also give us an EIN, a website, and a contact address so we can verify them.

Why we collect it

To print and mail your letters, take payment, show organizations what their campaigns achieved, and pay participating organizations the revenue share they have earned. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Cookies

We use cookies to sign you in and remember which organization you are working in, so those always run. There are no advertising or analytics cookies on this site today. If we add any, the banner will ask first and your choice will be respected.

Your choices

Ask us for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion, and we will action it. Deleting your account removes your profile and stops future letters. Records of letters already printed and payments already taken are kept, because we are required to keep financial records and cannot recall a letter that has been mailed.
