Our story

Why we exist

We help coalitions and organizations turn advocacy moments—summits, lobby days, and campaigns—into coordinated physical letter programs that reach the right offices.

We built the infrastructure that turns a room full of advocates into letters that actually land.

Our mission

Meaningful legislative and policy outcomes need more than signatures and inbox noise. We built Millions of Voices so primary organizations, participating groups, and individual advocates can send tangible, tailored correspondence to Congress and officials—with clear workflows, fulfillment partners, and analytics you can stand behind.

How the platform works

Platform administrators define causes. Approved organizations join those causes and run campaigns. Advocates choose recipients (legislators, embassies, and more), personalize messages, and send letters through our partners—printed and mailed so your outreach lands on desks, not only in spam folders.

Built for scale

Whether you are coordinating a coalition summit or running an ongoing campaign, the same infrastructure supports letter targeting, engagement tracking, and (where configured) revenue share for participating organizations.

The Ukraine Summit moment

In Washington, the founder of Millions of Voices watched roughly a thousand advocates arrive at the Ukraine Summit — briefed, determined, ready to make their case in person.

The meetings happened. The handshakes happened. And then, almost nothing followed. There was no coordinated way to turn a room of advocates into letters on the desks that needed them. The pressure built, then faded.

Millions of Voices is the infrastructure that day was missing. Fulfillment partners in Nashville and Phoenix now turn an advocate's words into a letter on cardstock, mailed first-class, so it lands on the desk before the meeting is over.

“One voice is powerful. Millions of voices are unstoppable.”
